His extensive experience spans Ireland, the UK, and Africa, where he has successfully managed large-scale campaigns and major strategic programs in energy and political networks. Beyond his business acumen, Eoin has a rich background, having served as a former Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Member of the European Parliament (MEP), Minister of State, TD, and Senator. As a skilled team leader, he excels in negotiating and lobbying at senior government levels, showcasing strategic thinking to assess complex situations, identify targets, and achieve results.

His responsibilities span resolution of landowner issues, coordination of remedial works, and providing technical input for documentation and policies. Ciaran’s commitment to excellence extends to supporting Project Managers, ensuring successful project completion, and optimizing resources for effective landowner liaison.

David Keniry

Consultant

David Keniry advises on opportunities in the delivery and management of infrastructure projects and has been providing market leading intelligence on global opportunities and trends in infrastructure for over 10 years. He has advised organisations across the supply chain including public sector, developers, advisors, and industry bodies.

David is a consultant to the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI), an industry body in the United States which serves as a resource for public and private sector leaders as they consider public-private partnerships as an alternative solution to address infrastructure.

Based in Midleton, David also supports the production of leading industry events in Ireland including the European Infrastructure Conference, the Power & Energy Conference, and the National Construction Summit

HR and Safety

Cyril is a seasoned HR and Safety professional with 26 years of experience at Board level in major organizations, including leading Irish construction firms, CRH nationally and in Europe, and industry bodies like the Irish Concrete Confederation. His expertise spans the development and implementation of comprehensive HR and Safety strategies, policies, and practices. Cyril excels in areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, union negotiations, change management, talent development, and performance management. He holds a Masters in HR and Training from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work from UCD.

Cyril’s track record showcases his adeptness in managing multiple stakeholder interests, emphasizing his resourcefulness, honesty, and trustworthiness. As a seasoned trainer, he delivers impactful courses in both HR and Health & Safety, further highlighting his commitment to professional development.

Cathrina Coyle

Architecture, Fire Safety/Disability Access, Planning, Tender Preparation

Cathrina, as senior Architectural Technologist, has over 30 years experience in contributing to design, planning, detailing and construction for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Projects have also included flood relief designs in conjunction with a civil engineering company, street/landscaping designs for public open spaces and involvement in construction projects for the OPW, Aer Rianta, Collen Construction and Aviva. Cathrina is an Architectural Technologist Member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI). Since qualifying in 1991; Cathrina has worked for various architectural and design firms, semi-state bodies and construction companies up until she formed her own company; CC & Associates in 2004 where she presently works and holds the position of Director

Conor Danaher

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Conor is currently completing an Electrical Services Engineering degree (BEngTech) in Technological University Dublin (TUD) (includes Sustainable Building, BIM Electrical, Revit, CAD, Electrical Services Design, Building Services, DIALux Evo, Life Safety Systems). He is experienced and interested in CAD and Revit through creating unique bespoke designs and learning new software where applicable. He is a result’s driven individual who enjoys creating unique solutions to business problems.

He enjoys being part of a team for large-scale impact, while having the ability to be self-motivated and deliver crucial parts of the overall business solution required. He also designs Excel spreadsheets for auditors and managers to assist with project planning and organization. Conor has completed the Electrical Engineering Internship with Iarnród Éireann. This exposed him to multiple electrical systems in the DART rail system in Dublin, learning multiple industry-leading skills relating to electrical engineering and how systems run.He has studied the electrical systems that run the DART line from Maynooth/Howth to Greystones, and visited multiple sites including substations and track paralleling huts to learn the systems that are used in electrifying the rail.

John has a vast range of knowledge gained from his international experience in the built environment. He has specific experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects. This experience was gained from his involvement in the delivery critical aspects of the Crossrail project where he managed and co-ordinated various aspects of the project from both an Architectural, Structural & Delivery perspective. Following re-location to Ireland from the UK – John has opened a business called Lifesize Plans Leinster.

Lifesize Plans provides the world’s first patented Scale 1:1 walkthrough technology. The technology enables you to view the plans of your design in a life-size scale prior to the commencement of your project. The application of this technology in Ireland is amongst the first in Europe and across the globe. The technology empowers people through visualisation, enabling those to be able to experience a space before it is built. This facilitates collaboration amongst internal and external stakeholders enabling a new dimension of project understanding & design optimisation.
